Scope of Works - Time and Costing | Central West Designers

This scope of works enables a smooth operation for both Central West Designers and your business.  CWDesigners implements and abides by this scope of works. This scope of works is the foundation for our job processes and is required for commencement of work.

Timeframe estimates are based on Central West Designers having all needed / applicable information from you in a timely fashon. 

Standard Website / Ecommerce Design 

Pre Commencement

Before commencement a commencement fee of $500 is required to allow for domain charges, hosting charges and initial setup.

Stage 1 - Design

The website is designed using graphical software in a non web form. This allows easy refinement and your acceptance.  Once this design has been completed and accepted, a part payment (approx $1000) is required to progress to stage 2. If any changes are required to be made to this design after the completion of stage 1 then additional hourly charges based on a standard web design rate will apply.  This stage will take approximately 1 week.

Stage 2 - Implementation

Website development based on the stage 1 design will commence. This includes converting the design to a usable functional web site. Once this stage is complete a payment of $1000 will be required to progress to stage 3.  This stage will take approximately 1 week for standard designs and approximately 2 weeks for ecommerce websites.

Stage 3 - Short Tutorial

A short tutorial after completion of stage 2 will show you how to manage your website or store. It will show you how to add and edit content, add and remove products and manage your shop. Once this stage is completed a final payment is required to progress to stage 4.

Stage 4 – Website Submission

This final stage will submit the completed website to the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Msn. Once the website has been submitted it can take up to a month for your new website to be crawled.

Completion 

Once website has been submitted to the search engines any additional support or adjustments will be charged at a standard hourly rate. 

Other Payment Options

Part payments are expected within 7 days upon completion of each stage and final payment expected before website submission.  If this is not possibe then other payment options must be organised prior to this agreement.
